We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.

How to report

Send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@rightsinbox.com with: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL(s) on redcamgirl.com of the material you want removed; (4) your contact details (address, phone, e-mail); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Live streams and pictures

All live streams, snapshots and profile pictures on RedCamGirl are embedded or linked from third-party cam platforms (Chaturbate, BongaCams, Streamate, LiveJasmin, MyFreeCams and ImLive); we do not store copies of them. On a valid notice we remove the page or the embed from RedCamGirl. To have the material removed at the source, please also contact the platform that hosts it.

Performers

If you are a performer and want your model page on RedCamGirl removed, write to dmca@rightsinbox.com with the page URL and the platform you broadcast on.

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by § 512(g)(3). Sources that repeatedly infringe are removed.
